Pacific Flats is another thoughtfully designed affordable housing project in Medford.
This beautiful project included a range of fencing solutions to enhance privacy, security, and functionality for residents:
- 8-foot- high solid white vinyl fencing for property boundaries and privacy
- 8-foot-high iron bike enclosure to securely store bicycles
- 3-foot-high iron fencing around the playground for safety and visibility
- Fencing around a detention pond to meet safety and environmental standards
- Trash enclosure fencing for clean and organized waste management
- Secured outdoor storage spaces providing additional room for residents’ belongings
